Joseph brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in healthcare private equity to his role at Elements Health Investors. Before joining Elements Health Investors, Joseph was Managing Director at Regal Healthcare Capital Management, a premier healthcare-focused private equity firm. In this role, he played a pivotal part in identifying strategic acquisition opportunities and overseeing deal execution.
Prior to his time at Regal, Joseph was Managing Partner at MBF Healthcare Partners (“MBF”), where he not only led investment strategies and acquisition efforts but also played a key leadership role in shaping the firm’s overall direction. His ability to cultivate relationships and navigate the complex landscape of healthcare investments was instrumental in the firm’s success.
Earlier, as a Principal at The Riverside Company (“Riverside”), a leading global private equity firm, Joseph was responsible for the evaluation of healthcare acquisitions in North America, Europe and the Asia- Pacific region. He also led Riverside’s healthcare specialization and its healthcare investment strategy. During his tenure at Riverside, Joseph served as President of The Healthcare Private Equity Association, (“HCPEA”) from 2012 - 2014. HCPEA represents one of the largest groups of privately held healthcare businesses in the U.S.
Joseph earned his BA from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from Wake Forest University.
